One day i found some paper which easy explanation about distribution estimation. Distribution estimation used to estimated physical parameter with noisy considering from cooperative activity among sensors.

4) Summary Of Reported Research :

Different from most existing works on WSN, the network consists of two kinds of nodes, 
that is, sensor nodes (SNs) which have capable of sensing and computing .
and then relay nodes (RNs).

SNs take more responsibility of filtering and noise attenuating of the measurements, while RNs only play the role of data aggregation and transmission.

On consensus estimation, every node do interaction with neighbour node to share data information. But sometimes it make redundant interaction. It means not efficient or wasteful energy.

This paper report that topology optimisation reduces the communication energy consumption, 
while the estimation algorithm provides accurate Information estimation.

5) Strength Of Invention:

This paper first propose method for topology optimization strategy.
Base on min weight rigid to optimize SNs and RNs topology.

6) Weakness :

I think, no algorithm used to compare.

7) Limitation:

This paper just explain how to optimize topology for eficient energy.
